Heico Linke

BAUHAUS AS A SENSE OF STYLE FOR THE PRESENT

No one in the past has shaped the design style of ZACK as comprehensively as Heico Linke, whose work, by his own account, is strongly influenced by Weimar/Dessau Bauhaus, Wilhelm Wagenfeld, the pioneer of German "industrial design", and the playfulness of Ettore Sottsass and the Memphis Group.

Starting in 1995, Heico Linke helped to set up the Product Design department at ZACK, since when he has been successfully developing exclusive stainless steel home accessories for the design label. His style of pronounced minimalism runs through the entire collection and is realised consistently in all the objects he designs.
